We always try to keep our costs competitive and provide value for money.
Enrolment
A non-refundable administrative fee of £50 places your child on the register.
Once days have been booked, it is not possible to swap one day for another, however additional days may be booked through the office, subject to availability.
Changes of days/sessions required one month’s notice.
Fees
As of 1st May 2026 our non-funded fees are as follows:

- Fees reviewed annually in April and subject to change
- Fees payable in advance, by the 1st of the month at the latest
- Late payment charges for overdue fees are applicable
- 5% discount for full-time attendance, and for siblings (discount applied to the oldest child)
Government Funding & Fees
Eligible working parents can access up to 30 hours Government-funded early education. Once you have confirmed your eligibility, your Government funding will be deducted from your fees and clearly shown on your invoice.
Our government funded places include a voluntary additional service charge to cover all the things we provide above and beyond the basic care element covered by Government funding.
These comprise:

*Includes all nappies, creams and wipes if your child needs them, medical supplies, all party/celebration foods and resources
** Includes visiting experts (eg Zoolab, Living Eggs), gardening sessions, baking, nursery trips and outings, access to FAMLY online learning journal
Please note that these charges apply to funded hours only.
Additional Funding
Deprivation funding for 2yr olds is also available to those who qualify – contact CYC for further information on how to apply.
